My saved plan or paid access is missing
Open Account settings and check your signed-in email. Use the exact address used to save your plan or purchase, including any +suffix. Select Refresh subscription after buying. If access remains missing, report it below rather than purchasing again.

What do income, saving, and spending mean?
Employment income: Your household’s annual earnings from work before income taxes. Enter Social Security separately. Do not count transfers between your accounts as new income.
Saving: Money you add to the accounts represented in your projection. Keep amounts consistent with your work-income entries and avoid counting the same contribution twice.
Spending: Regular living costs such as housing, groceries, utilities, transportation, insurance, and entertainment. With the “Income − tax − saving” method, the app estimates spending. If entering monthly spending, exclude income taxes and saving already entered elsewhere. Model a separate one-time purchase as a what-if rather than also counting it in regular spending.
For example, $80,000 of employment income minus $12,000 of estimated income tax and $8,000 of saving leaves $60,000 per year, or $5,000 per month, of estimated spending.
Canceling or requesting a refund
Use the Manage subscription link in your purchase or subscription email to stop renewal. If that fails, select cancellation difficulties below. Cancellation alone leaves paid access through the already-paid period and does not automatically refund unused months.
Request a full refund within 30 days of your first purchase, with no reason required, or within 7 days of an annual renewal. Other requests are reviewed individually; legally required refunds are honored. A full refund cancels renewal of the refunded subscription and ends its paid access. Free access remains.
You do not have to complete troubleshooting to request a refund. Read the full terms and refund policy.
To delete your entire account and saved rehearsals, use the dedicated account deletion page. You do not need to submit a support issue.
Please send only the information needed to identify the issue. Do not include financial plans, account balances, Social Security numbers, passwords, sign-in codes, or card numbers. No attachments are requested.
